However you slice it, this is bread worth making a little room for.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIngredients\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOur sourdough is made with a whole wheat sourdough starter, white unbleached flour, water and salt. Simple ingredients, given time to develop that beautiful crust, chewy crumb and deep flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe release a set number of loaves each week to keep our batches manageable. If we sell out, ordering reopens once current orders have been baked and delivered.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFreshly baked, within one week\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe prep our dough on Tuesdays and Saturdays, giving our sourdough time for a long, slow fermentation before baking it fresh on delivery day. Deliveries usually happen on Wednesdays or Sundays, though other days may be needed depending on order volume and our routes. Your order is completed within one week of ordering.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe choose your delivery day and work through orders based on when they come in, your location and our delivery routes. A specific delivery day or appointment time is not confirmed when you order.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDelivery and pickup\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAvailable for Winnipeg delivery or curbside bin pickup at our farm in Osborne, Manitoba. That’s Osborne, MB, not Osborne Village in Winnipeg. No shipping or bread deliveries to the Headingley bin.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDelivery is a doorstep drop off, so you don’t need to be home. Please have a safe, secure place where we can leave your bread.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor farm pickup, please arrange your collection day with us. If you can’t collect on bake day, we’ll freeze your order and place it in the bin on your arranged pickup day. Missed deliveries and pickups are not rebaked. Just keep in touch and we will keep it as fresh as we can. No shows with no contact is not our responsibility, if the loaf goes bad or stale due to no showing over and over and no contact you will not be refunded or rebaked.
